The Christ Chapel Residency is designed for recent college graduates interested in theological training and ministry experience. Through its partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary, Christ Chapel’s 22-month program is for those committed to a seminary degree and further ministry. This program requires a four-year undergraduate degree.
While there are costs for which residents are responsible, such as housing, Christ Chapel invests in each resident by providing a monthly stipend and providing 50% tuition assistance to Dallas Theological Seminary.
The Christ Chapel Residency is a 22-month intensive with residents enrolled in 12-15 credit hours each semester. In addition to regular coursework, residents spend 20 hours each week gaining ministry experience as part-time employees of Christ Chapel.
The Christ Chapel Residency follows Dallas Theological Seminary’s academic calendar with a new group of residents beginning the program each August.
The Christ Chapel Residency offers a unique opportunity to grow in spiritual and professional development, gain hands-on experience in ministry and join a vibrant, faith-driven community. Our residency is designed for individuals eager to make a lasting impact, with mentorship, training and opportunities within Christ Chapel Bible Church.
