Local Outreach

Over 50 million individuals are currently human trafficking victims. That number should never even exist, and it’s part of our mission in local outreach to continue pushing back against the darkness and to be a part of seeing that number continue to decrease. By volunteering with us, you’ll work alongside ministry partners and our local police force on advocacy efforts, caring for survivors and creating awareness.

Individuals who experience homelessness often go without primary healthcare, food and a community of support. We want to change that, and so does our ministry partner, Beautiful Feet. When you volunteer, you’ll assist others in finding healthcare services, children’s ministries, discipleship programs and more. 

Center of Hope helps individuals in Parker County break the cycle of poverty and create a better life for themselves. When you volunteer, you'll assist in offering warm meals and providing clothing and grocery donations to people in need.

Cornerstone Assistance Network supports individuals and families facing poverty in Tarrant County. By volunteering to partner with them, you can serve through administrative support or assist in their health clinic, teach GED and ESL classes and support residents of housing programs.  

When asylum-seekers enter the United States, they often wait years to receive their work authorization permit, which results in unemployment and potential homelessness. DASH Network steps into the gap by providing safe housing and forms of employment. Volunteer and be a part of providing hospitality, support and resources.

Christ Chapel’s Disaster Relief ministry responds to natural disasters by offering help, hope and healing in Jesus’ name. Teams minister by clearing properties, tarping roofs and caring for residents affected by these disasters. No specialized skill is required. 

We believe that all human life is created in the image of God and, therefore, deserving of dignity and value. As our church continues to uphold that belief, we’re finding ways to continue being a support system to women experiencing unexpected pregnancy, the foster and adoption community, special needs and more. Be an advocate for life alongside us!

The Foster Adopt ministry provides support to families and children who are involved with foster care and/or adoption. In addition, many Christ Chapelites serve as CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates), providing a voice for children in emergency foster care. Christ Chapel provides financial support through ABBA Fund to help couples pursuing adoption. We also host equipping events to help adoptive and foster families care for their children and each other.

Harvest House provides necessities, spiritual encouragement, education and care to individuals and families in the Johnson County community.

Hope Farm is a leadership program guiding at-risk boys to become Christ-centered men of integrity. Hope Farm invests in both boys and their moms because they believe we all have a role in building thriving families and communities.

Justin’s Place exists to impact the life of a child by empowering mothers to grow mentally, physically and spiritually to live a life free of crisis walking out of generational poverty.

Manpower is made up of men who serve the widows and single mothers of our congregation. They help with basic home maintenance and lawn care projects once a month.

NewDay Services walks alongside parents through classes and coaching to help them become the role models their children need to grow up in a safe, loving home. Volunteering opportunities include teaching classes, providing celebratory meals to graduates, praying for families, writing encouraging notes to class participants, assisting in administrative tasks and more! 

Opening Doors for Women in Need ministers to women who have experienced emotional trauma in their lives, striving to enhance their self-esteem, build their confidence and empower them for daily living.

Partnering with Pregnancy Centers in the metroplex, we’re advocating and supporting new mothers with a special gift made right here! After gathering to create quilt together, each blanket is delivered to a mother after her first sonogram! Make a difference in the lives of these mothers and newborns by finding a time and location that works for you.

Rivertree Academy is an independent, Christian school located in the Lake Como area of Fort Worth that exists to serve Christ through education. You can begin volunteering as an after-school club leader, student mentor or daily helper for teachers.  

Sanctified Hope empowers and guides formerly incarcerated women through a Christ-based ministry to inspire lifelong changes and become successful citizens of the community.

The Serve Our Schools Ministry of Christ Chapel partners with public schools in Tarrant, Parker and Johnson counties where you can serve as a mentor and reading coach for kids, giving teachers an extra hand in the classroom and sharing the gospel in Bible clubs. 

Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County is a ministry dedicated to providing love, hope, respect and a new beginning for the homeless, offering a holistic program of care that leads to true, lasting healing.

Existing to introduce more people to Jesus Christ, Young Life runs camps, after-school programs and events where teenagers can ask questions about the gospel, have people invest in their faith and continually grow toward knowing Jesus more and more.
