Women's Ministry

Women in the word
bible study

Imagine a group of women all sitting around a table, opening the Bible, and exploring together the truths that change our lives. We come from different backgrounds and life stages. But we all have one thing in common: we are loved by our great God and we want to know Him more. What are you waiting for? We’ve saved a place for you at our table.

Fall Study: JAMES - Living Wisdom

We all want to walk with Jesus in the right way. But how do we live out this desire when we are broken, prone to mess up, tempted to choose wrongly, or perhaps even unaware of our mistakes? We need wisdom. We need skill in living. The book of James offers us practical and relevant ways to live faithfully in specific situations. Join us this fall as we study James and see God’s living wisdom on display and available for each of us!

Limited KidsCare is available. Click on the link to KidsCare in your confirmation email.

We’re better together

We’re in this together as friends, mentors, working women, fellow moms and the many other ways women show up and shine in our world. We’ve got a group for wherever you are now.

find community:

Work. Life. Faith.

God designed work. He made it good. He made it to matter. As women we partner together to embrace and integrate our faith and work. Christian women desire encouragement in the faith and work opportunities and challenges we face. Thankfully God gives us the Scriptures to understand the goodness and purpose of work, the call to blend our faith and work, and the power to work out His vision in our lives and city through our work.

Colossians 3:23: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.

Are you a mom to babies, toddlers or preschoolers? If so, have you considered joining a moms’ group?

Motherhood is challenging! Will my baby ever sleep through the night? How do I survive the terrible twos or trying threes? How do I choose the right school for my child? Will I ever get my waist back? Will they grow up to love Jesus? We know being a mom to littles is hard, but with the Lord’s help and the wisdom, support and prayers of other moms, you can survive and maybe even thrive on this motherhood journey. Moms’ groups are led by a seasoned older mom and meet once a month to pray for you and your family.

If you would like to ask questions or are interested in joining a moms’ group with older children, reach out to Pat at [email protected].

No matter your age, there’s a younger woman looking to learn from your experiences and your walk with God. Side by Side is a chance to come alongside another woman and help her dig deeper into her relationship with Jesus. We offer training and direction as we partner you with another woman who’s eager to grow in her faith.

Or you may be that younger woman who is looking for a mentor for all of the reasons above. There are wonderful women that would be excited to join you on your spiritual journey.

Side by Side is a six-month commitment to meet twice monthly with your partner. We’d love to hear from you!

Prayer

We all know that prayer is important, but we don’t always set aside a lot of time to focus on it. That’s why we have our women’s prayer events. Every event has time for teaching and testimonies about prayer, but the biggest portion of our time is spent in quiet solo hours with the Lord. Save the dates below to plan on joining us!

Prayer Retreat Dates:

October 14-15, 2022

April 28-29, 2023

October 20-21, 2023

While you’re spending more time at home this holiday season, why not make a holiday bucket list for those long winter nights and weekends? Click below to download a bucket list.

Here are a few ideas to get you started: bake cinnamon rolls for neighbors, watch a favorite holiday movie, write and mail notes to family members you won’t be seeing over Christmas, go to a Christmas Eve service, make paper snowflakes.
