The Associate Minister will carry out the ministry and operations of the West Campus as a necessary and complementary partner to the Associate Pastor. Alongside him, the Associate Minister will make sure the campus is run according to the strategic direction of the Elder Board, in accordance with Christ Chapel’s policies and procedures, and in accordance with Christ Chapel’s ministry and cultural DNA.
